Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times begin after order processing and do not include potential customs clearance delays for international orders.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships
  • Tracking may take 24-48 hours to show updates after shipment
  • If tracking shows "no information" after 3+ business days, please contact us at support@puredoseskin.com with your order number

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once placed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@puredoseskin.com — we'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't shipped yet.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Street address (and apartment/unit number if applicable)
  • City, state/province, and postal code
  • Phone number for delivery notifications

Pure Dose Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If we make a shipping error, we will correct it at no additional charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total
  • These fees are determined by your country's customs regulations and are outside of Pure Dose Skin control
  • We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering
  • By placing an international order, you accept responsibility for any additional fees upon delivery

Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in returned packages may be subject to restocking fees.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look in alternative delivery locations (back door, garage, mailroom)
  3. Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  4. Contact your local carrier
  5. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

Stolen Packages: Pure Dose Skin is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently stolen. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery address
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Using package lockers or alternative pickup locations if theft is a concern in your area

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement promptly.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each shipment. This does not affect your order total.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes (holidays, sales events)
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect address information

We appreciate your patience during unexpected delays. If your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
